These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Meggie888 online gaming platform, accessible at meggie888.cam ("the Platform", "the Site", "the Service"), operated by Meggie888 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Operator").

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account on the Meggie888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Service. Meggie888 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 21.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with Meggie888 or any third-party responsible gambling registry that the Operator participates in.
• You must be acting as a private individual in your own personal capacity and not as a business or commercial entity.
• You must not have had a previous Meggie888 Account suspended or permanently closed by the Operator due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

If you do not meet any of the above eligibility criteria, you must not register an Account or continue to use the Service. Any Account found to be held by an ineligible User will be suspended and may be closed, with any Balance or Bonus Funds subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Meggie888 Platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts detected by the Operator may be closed without notice and any associated Balance may be subject to review.

4.1 Registration Obligations

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number;
• Promptly update your Account details whenever any registered information changes;
• Keep your login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential;
• Notify Meggie888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any third party to use your Account on your behalf.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Meggie888 is committed to maintaining robust anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Prior to processing withdrawals, or at any other time the Operator deems appropriate, you may be required to provide copies of government-issued identification (passport or national identity card), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and evidence of ownership of registered payment methods. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

By using the Meggie888 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any additional rules or guidelines published by the Operator. Specifically, you agree that:

• You will access the Platform only for genuine entertainment purposes and not for any fraudulent, dishonest, or unlawful activity;
• You will not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the Platform's systems, rules, or software in any manner;
• You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the normal operation of the Platform, including but not limited to automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or scripts;
• You will not use the Platform to process, launder, or conceal the proceeds of any illegal activity;
• You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your Account;
• You accept sole responsibility for any tax or other fiscal obligations arising from winnings, in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

The Meggie888 Platform is made available to users on a best-efforts basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to users in advance where reasonably practicable.

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

Meggie888 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to account-level restrictions.
• All deposited funds must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Meggie888 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own processing charges.
• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account instantaneously. FPX transfers via major Malaysian banks are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit, except where an exemption is granted by the Operator.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. The Operator reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory identity verification is completed.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes during standard operating hours.
• Withdrawal processing times are stated in good faith and represent typical performance. Actual processing times may vary due to technical, regulatory, or payment provider circumstances.
• Any outstanding Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before funds attributable to those bonuses may be withdrawn.

Meggie888 offers various promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback arrangements, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered users. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of each offer, in addition to the following general bonus conditions:

• Each promotional offer specifies its own Wagering Requirement. Unless otherwise stated, Wagering Requirements must be met using the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before any associated funds or winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Common multipliers are x10, x15, and x20.
• The maximum permitted bet size while using Bonus Funds is RM50 per spin or bet unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this threshold during active bonus usage may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game contributions towards Wagering Requirements vary: slot games typically contribute 100%; table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%; live casino games and sports betting contributions are stated per-promotion. • All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of activation, as specified per promotion. Uncleared Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited at midnight on the expiry date.
• Meggie888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice where operational, regulatory, or business circumstances require.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus structures, or collusion — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

All games on the Meggie888 Platform are supplied by certified third-party software providers whose game engines and RTP rates are independently audited by accredited testing agencies. The Operator does not modify, interfere with, or influence game outcomes in any manner.

• Each game is governed by its own individual game rules published within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game-specific rules expressly provide otherwise.
• Meggie888 reserves the right to void bets, cancel game rounds, or withhold payouts where there is evidence of technical malfunction, software error, or where a game outcome has been produced by a fault or error in the random number generator. In such circumstances, the Operator will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore affected users' Balances to the position prior to the affected game round.
• Winnings arising from bets placed in contravention of these Terms, or as a result of any malfunction, error, or software bug, will not be honoured and are subject to reversal.
• For sports betting and live football markets, settlement of bets is based on official results published by the relevant governing body. Where results are disputed or subsequently revised, the Operator will review and settle bets in accordance with its sports betting rules, which are published separately on the Platform.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without the express prior written consent of the Operator;
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts, whether directly or through third parties acting on your behalf;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, reversal of legitimate transactions, or any other form of payment fraud;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to disguise the origins of illegally obtained funds;
• Colluding with other users to obtain unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live casino, or sports betting markets;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or malfunctions in the Platform's software for financial gain and failing to report such issues to the Operator immediately;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with the Operator;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meggie888 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of funds resulting from your decisions to participate in games or place wagers;
• Technical failures, interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform that are beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform, including game guides, odds displays, or promotional material.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter in respect of which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Meggie888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where the Operator reasonably believes that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to the Operator;
• The User has failed to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe;
• The User has become the subject of a self-exclusion order or court-ordered gambling restriction.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing timescales apply.

Meggie888 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will notify registered users via email to the address registered with their Account. Minor updates — such as corrections of typographical errors or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without direct notification.

The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.

In the event of any dispute between you and Meggie888 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation and the Operator's internal complaints procedure. If a dispute remains unresolved, the parties may seek recourse through applicable regulatory channels or dispute resolution mechanisms available under the Operator's licensing regime.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
